He brings more than 15 years of experience delivering complex technology and engineering programs spanning medical technologies, scientific software and regulated product-development environments. His expertise includes product development, systems engineering, software platforms, artificial intelligence and technology commercialization.
At PAA Technologies, he leads the development of the company's neuroscience and AI-enabled technology platform, including EEG analytics, software and SaaS products, AI capabilities, product architecture and go-to-market strategy. His focus is on translating scientific innovation into scalable products and commercially viable solutions.

Poonam Kumari leads the neuroscience research activities at PAA Technologies and is responsible for the scientific foundations of the company's neuroscience and AI-enabled technology platform.
She holds a Master of Research in Cognitive Science from Macquarie University and is completing a PhD in Clinical Medicine at Macquarie University. Her expertise spans cognitive neuroscience, EEG research, human-subject studies, experimental design and AI-enabled analysis of physiological data.
At PAA Technologies, she leads research governance and ethics activities, EEG data-acquisition methodologies, study design and the development of neuroscience-driven capabilities that underpin the company's technology platform.
