Poonam has research expertise in wearable IoT devices and their clinical integration for healthcare applications. She has been developing ethics approval applications, EEG data acquisition protocols, and EEG data analysis pipeline at PAA Technologies. She is also working on f her PhD thesis in Clinical Medicine at Macquarie Medical School in Macquarie University. Her PhD research has characterized visual neurosurgical expertise in brain MRI visualization by leveraging eye-tracking technology and 3D fractal dimension analysis. Her innovative PhD work has combined behavioral and image-derived features to develop computational models and AI tools that enhance neurosurgical training and medical image interpretation.

Dr Atul Singh Minhas is Co-Founder, Director and Chief Product & Technology Officer of PAA Technologies, where he leads product strategy, technology development, research translation and the development of the company's neuroscience and AI-enabled technology platform.
He brings more than 15+ years of experience across medical technology, magnetic resonance imaging, biomedical engineering, multidisciplinary engineering and software product development, spanning industry, academia and research.
His work has included the development of complex medical-device technologies, multidisciplinary engineering systems, scientific software and research programs, with experience translating early-stage technical concepts through structured product development, verification and regulatory environments.
At PAA Technologies, he focuses on building scalable technology from scientific capability—bringing together neuroscience, physiological signal analysis, software engineering, artificial intelligence and disciplined product-development practices.
